My name is Cheryl Turner. I have been employed at the ARC for over 15 years. I have held several positions since 1995. Initially, I was hired as a Speech/Language Therapist in the Early Intervention program. I then became Group Supervisor for the day care program. Since September of 1997 until the present, I am a program Specialist in the ATF (Adult Training Facility). My position involves planning and implementing outcome goals for my individuals so that they may be able to reach their full potential and be as independent as possible in all areas of their lives, as well as learn social skills and community integration. I really enjoy working at the ARC. It can be very challenging at times, but it is also very rewarding. It's so exciting to see new goals being achieved. I have developed many close relationships with the individuals we serve.
On a personal note, I am a graduate of California University of Pa. I am married and have three sons. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, reading baking and being involved with church activities.

Hello!
My name is Liz Lowden, and I have been employed by the Fayette County ARC for almost 12 years. I am an Early Interventionist and Behavioral Specialist Consultant. As an Early Interventionist I work with children with cognitive and developmental delays from birth to age 3. As a Behavioral Specialist Consultant, I work with children with a variety of diagnosis that usually have behaviors. My job can be challenging at times going into homes and schools helping children and their families reach goals we set for them. However, each day I am rewarded with the smile on a precious child's face and in time see how the child has grown.
I have degrees in Psychology and special Education. I am happily married with one amazing son and a daughter on the way.

Hi My name is Rochelle Glover and I am the Human Resources Director here at the ARC. I started out back in October 2008 in the Fiscal Department, specifically doing billing for our Home Based Waiver program. I was promoted to HR Director on June 1,2010 due to my background in dealing with personnel issues, benefits, employee record keeping etc. I absolutely love my job here at the ARC, especially now that I've gotten to know most of the individuals and all the staff. You will still find me doing Home Based Waiver billing, but, the majority of my time is spent performing my HR duties.
I am married. I have four children, three step-children and three grandchildren who are the light of my life. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, crocheting and baking.
