Leah Jordan is the Supported Employment Manager at the Arc Fayette.

She brings a strong foundation in Early Childhood Development and three years of dedicated experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities through Arc, Fayette. During her time with the Arc, she has developed a passion for helping individuals build confidence, strengthen their employment skills, and find meaningful employment opportunities within the community.

What she enjoys most about this work is forming genuine connections and celebrating each individual's growth. She is committed to creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive, contribute, and reach their fullest potential.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, reading, watching horror movies, and spending time with her family.
