Residential Services
Residential services offer supportive community homes with 24/7 care. Our trained staff help individuals build their independence through personalized skill training in self-care, daily living, wellness, and community engagement. The nurturing environment fosters growth and personal development.
Family Living Program
The Family Living Program offers the opportunity for families to share their homes with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With specialized training and ongoing support, families provide tailored care and create a nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and feel at home.
Supported Employment
The Arc of Fayette County believes that everyone should be afforded the opportunity to obtain employment in the community. We help work with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities to explore, apply for, and work in competitive jobs in community settings with the necessary support to be successful.
Adult Training Facility
The Adult Training Facility fosters community participation and inclusion through our daily program. It offers diverse activities and volunteer opportunities, promoting independence, choice, and person-centered support. Participants engage in skill-building and social development both at the facility and within the community.
Behavior Support
The Arc, Fayette Licensed Behavior Specialist uses evidence-based practices and collaborates closely with individuals, families, and care teams to ensure consistent and effective support. The services help individuals develop positive skills, increase independence, and improve daily life through personalized, compassionate care.
In-Home & Community
Arc Fayette offers one-on-one services in In-Home and Community Supports, Companion, and Community Participation. We provide personalized care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting independence at home or participation in community activities. Our services are tailored to each person’s unique abilities, promoting inclusion and empowering fulfilling lives.
