Aubrey Holmes is the Director of Residential and Family Living Programs at The Arc Fayette.

She has expertise in trauma-informed care, advocacy, and person-centered care. She joined The Arc Fayette in 2024, bringing 20 years of experience in behavioral support and program management. Aubrey has worked in various capacities across the fields of mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and dually diagnosed individuals, where she focused on advocating for individuals with IDD and ensuring the successful delivery of support and care.

She holds a BA in Communications & Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and a dual Master's degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from California University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Aubrey enjoys traveling and exploring Pittsburgh's food scene, sharing her discoveries on her restaurant blog dedicated to hidden gems around the city.
