Join Our Early Intervention Team: Therapist Opportunities Available
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists to join our Early Intervention team on a contract basis. These are 1099 positions providing services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) with developmental delays or disabilities. Therapy is delivered in the child’s natural environments such as the home, childcare setting, or community—through family-centered practices.
You’ll work closely with families, supports coordinators, and other members of the child’s multidisciplinary team to support progress toward outcomes identified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services in natural settings to children from 0-3yrs.
- Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations to inform the IFSP.
- Collaborate with families/caregivers, service coordinators, and other professionals to develop and implement child- and family-centered goals.
- Coach and support families to carry out interventions during everyday routines and activities.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with program and state requirements.
- Participate in IFSP meetings and team discussions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience or strong interest in Early Intervention and working with infants/toddlers and their families.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to homes and community settings.
Compensation:
Competitive contracted hourly rates ranging from $80-$90 per hour.
