Our Residential Program provides individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in community homes with 24/7 support. Licensed through the Office of Developmental Programs, these homes are staffed by professionals who receive specialized training to meet the unique needs of each resident.

Each resident works with their team to create an Individual Support Plan, which identifies personal goals for the upcoming year. With the resident leading the decision-making process, the team provides encouragement and guidance to help them achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life in the community.

Direct Support Professionals

At The Arc Fayette, we are committed to ensuring that our support staff are highly trained, respected, and fairly compensated to deliver the highest quality services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Through our partnership with The National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals, we provide comprehensive training and certification opportunities for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).

Quality Support, Enhanced Quality of Life

A well-trained DSP workforce is essential to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities where they live, work, and thrive in their communities.

DSPs play a vital role in fostering independence, encouraging community participation, and enhancing the quality of life for the people they serve. By investing in the professional development of our DSPs, we are strengthening the foundation of support for the individuals.
